Winter Storms to Sweep Northern Virgina

Winter has set in with a vengeance in Northern Virginia. The incoming nor'easter could bring 1-2 feet of snow, and the anticipated storm is seriously enough that Governor McAuliffe has declared a state of emergency in preparation for the incoming weather. This will authorize local governments to respond to the storm as quickly as possible.

Make sure to keep track of weather alerts for your area; don't be caught unprepared. Make sure you and your family are prepared to weather the storm, and they you have all the supplies you need. Check out the Virginia Emergency Management website for valuable resources on staying safe in the upcoming storm.
