The Rippon Landing community was built in the 1970′s. The siding used on the existing buildings was 21-30 plywood, which was top quality during that time. The 2009 exterior upgrade consisted of insulated board and batten vertical siding with accents of custom vinyl imitation cedar shakes in the gables and front and rear wall sections. New seamless gutters were installed with hidden hangers and accented by aluminum maintenance-free PVC color coordinated trim.
This community has a new look and feel and definitely catches your eye when you drive by.
